Mike MakinStrata Management Mike brings to our Strata Management department a wealth of experience in the banking business. He worked for 20 years in Canada for a major Canadian bank managing two branches and spending his last few years in Canada as a Corporate Lender in the highly competitive Toronto market. Mike transferred to the Cayman Islands in charge of all lending for his bank and he eventually moved to a new bank as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He was responsible for all areas within this bank and its branches in the Caymans and The Turks and Caicos Islands. Mike will put this experience to work for the strata corporations in his care. Gunnar ForsstromStrata Management Gunnar Forsstrom, a 35 year resident of Kelowna, brings a well rounded wealth of experience and knowledge to our team. As a licensed Strata Manager, Gunnar has managed a variety of properties ranging from 20-500 units. A former realtor, Gunnar has worked in media & communications in the private and public sector and operated his own business. He studied conflict resolution and earned his degree from UBC Okanagan. As well, Gunnar has a lengthy record of volunteer and community service.
