As a prospective tenant it is very important for you to understand that we are the Agent of the Owner/Landlord of the property.  If this is not a principal you understand please read the page Agency Relationship with Landlords. 

We can help you to understand your rights and responsibilites as set out under the Residential Tenancy Act of BC but if you are a new renter it would be good for you to visit their site.  See the link under the Resources section of this site.

When you apply to rent through our office it will be necessary for you to complete an Application for Tenancy and send it to the Property Manager for the property that interests you.
