Every Strata Manager and every Property Manager in our organization is a member of the BC Real  Estate Association and the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board.  To maintain their membership they must meet ongoing training requirements and are subject to the Real Estate Council of British Columbia's Realtor® Code of  Ethics.  When you hire a Strata Manager or a Property Manager at Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty you know you are getting a trained professional.

Each licensed manager operates as an Independent Contractor under the supervison of our Managing Broker, in the same way our REALTORS® operate.  This means they have a personal stake in providing top quality service to meet the needs of their clients with the highests standards of care.
