WHO ARE WE?

Coldwell Banker began in 1906 as a real estate company dedicated to customer care. Horizon Realty has been following that lead since it became the first Coldwell Banker franchise in Western Canada twenty years ago.  Since its inception our company has been focused on customer satisfaction and we continue to strive to provide the the best for all our clients. As part of our company plan to offer a full spectrum of Real Estate services, we maintain a separate Strata Management / Property Management Division.

Every Strata Manager and every Property Manager in our organization is a member of the BC Real Estate Association and the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board.  To maintain their membership they must meet the ongoing training requirements are subject to the Real Estate Council of British Columbia's Realtor® Code of Ethics. When you hire a Strata Manager or a Property Manager at Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty you know you are getting a trained professional.

Each licensed manager operates as an Independent Contractor under the supervison of our Managing Broker, in the same way our REALTORS operate. This means they have a personal stake in providing top quality service to meet the needs of their clients with the highests standards of care.

Our contract is competitive and fair.  We employ professional educated representatives who are responsible for making Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty a credible and reliable name throughout the Okanagan Valley.
